Important role of Spinner in ICC Twenty20 World 2010

The former pacer Waqar Younis who is the responsible coach of Pakistan cricket team, has said that spin will be the most turning point during the ICC T20 World Championship in West Indies. He strongly believes that the role of spinner would bring the second title this year.  At the same time he is satisfy about some spinners who are still in the present squad.

 “We have variety of all types of bowlers but I think we have an edge in the spin department and we will be depending upon our spinners to play a key role in team’s success to defend the title,” Waqar told reporters on the sidelines of the ongoing training camp at the National Cricket Academy here.

In the last Twenty20 World Championship 2009, Omar Gul performed excellently and played the most important role to be the title. He was the highest wicket taker. This year, he was appeared in the English premier league T20 tournament and was signed with the Kolkata Knight Riders for IPL T20. 

Pakistan players will get green signal to attend in the next season of IPL

There were many crickets who attended in the first season of the most anticipated Indian formatted cricket tournament. But due to Mumbai attack and some political issue Pakistan did not allow their crickets to attend in the IPL T20 cricket earlier this year. Now there are many controversy at this moment behind the next season that with they be allowed? Anyway, India had no problem of attendance of Pakistan cricketers.

Indian Premier League (IPL) has laid down imposing conditions for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to make their players available for the third edition of the Twenty20 tournament next year.

IPL commissioner and chairman Lalit Modi has included a bizarre condition that taking NOCs from the Indian foreign office for the Pakistanis' participation in the IPL is also the responsibility of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), besides getting the same from the Pakistan Foreign Office.

So, it is the sing of making available of Pakistan cricket in the upcoming Indian Premier League cricket that will be held in March 2010. You all know that some of Pakistan players did well in the first season.  I think the attendance of Pakistan players will add extra rejoice during the match time.

Pakistan eager to host 2014 Twenty20

Pakistan is building up their hopes to host international cricket like World Cup within next five year. They deprived of to host Champions trophy 2008 for the security reason and also erased out their name form the list of co-host next World Championship, will be held in 2011. Bangladesh will organize the opening ceremony and other co-hosts re India and Sri Lanka. Pakistan is visiting as a guest in South of Champions Trophy instead of responsible host because of the increment terrorist attack. Most meaningful attack was on the cricket team of Sri Lankan. The recent news makes me happy that they are interested to host twenty20 WC in 2014.

"We are interested in making a bid for the tournament," Ijaz Butt, the PCB chairman, told Cricinfo. "It is very early right now but we are interested. Hopefully the situation will have improved and stabilised in the country by then."

I agree with the PCB Chairman. First they should have to improve the present situation and must have to confirm that the players will be fearless in everywhere ground, on the way and living place. Pakistan is one of the counties where cent percent of people like cricket after India. Became an organizer is the vital rights, at the same time they have to take care in every area.
