CSK, Cricket Academy: Hayden - Dravid - Fleming

Former Australian Crickets, Matthew Hayden, played on the side of Chennai Super Kings in Indian premier League has signed an agreement with the Franchise of CSK to setup a Cricket Academy in India. He came here in the gap to the Ashes Test Series. Former New Zealand skipper Stephen Fleming and Indian captain Rahul Dravid will be along the most powerful test opening batsmen too. The CSK Franchise has been agreed with and looking lands for the Cricket Academy.

TOI reported:

"For the next step, we are waiting for our Marketing Chief Rakesh Singh to arrive to firm up the other arrangements. The academy will be functional before end of the year and all other aspects of the academy have to be structured and we are now to decide on them. We have already started work on the project"

It is sure that IPL has bought some mix sensation among the cricket fans over the world especially in Indian. The idea is going to apply in different cricket playing counties of the world too. It is a billion dollar games and people getting benefits are a silent way.

IPL season 2 points table: Who will play IPL semifinals in 2009?

IPL points table is trembling with the competition of wins. Just a single win pulling any teams up and lose threw in bottom. Among the eight teams only Kolkata Knight Riders have to opportunity to be qualified in the semifinals of the IPL T20 second season. May be Kings XI Punjab is playing the same roles in the point tables, although it secured 5 wins out of 11. With the similar victories and a single point, Mumbai Indian is leading the 6th position one point ahead of KXI Punjab.

Rajasthan Royals was in 6th position but just one win pulled them up to the 3rd position. The champions have to secure more that one wins rest of the two matches to be qualified for the semifinals. Yes, they have opportunity to because the rest two matches they have to play alongside Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Daredevils the bottom and top scorers this year. In the first leg match, Rajasthan Royals won on alongside KKR in super-over but beat Delhi Daredevils five wickets and reached to the target 143 runs 5 balls remaining.

It seems to me that Mumbai Indians, Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals should pay for the point divide matter. Every thing will be depend on time and the performances. Only Delhi Daredevils is out of competition but rest of six teams are waiting by sitting back to back.

Royal Challengers Bangalore v Chennai Super Kings IPL 2009 away match

In the home match, the RCB and CSK meet in an encounter at St George's Park, Port Elizabeth on 20 April 2009 when Chennai Super Kings won by 92 runs. The second leg match will be held at Durban on May 14, 2009. Kumble’s will be eager to take the 6th wins and the Dhoni’s side will try to hold it wining sequence and be excited for 7th win.

The 10 wickets taker in an innings of test cricket, Anil Kumble’s team is doing well this year than 2008. The RCB was skipped by the South African born former English captain Kevin Pietersen earlier this year. Now, the responsible was continued by the Anil Kumble instead of Rahul Dravid, the former captain who leaded the team in first season of Twenty20 designed Indian Premier League. The team is not able to satisfy their fans as expectation.

Indian Captain MS Dhoni is leading the Chennai Super Kings as well. They do not want to remind their previous painful memories that was kicked out form the semifinals but playing very attentively to be the title holders. It could say in a word that they are performing very well.

Now, it is the main question to the fans which are going to play semifinals? Royal Challengers Bangalore or Chennai Super Kings can be qualified for the semifinals? Most important information that there will not be any super eight matches in the series. Four teams will be qualified who will be the top of the standings table.
