The Asia Cup cricket has already started from 24 June and it will be till 6 July. It is tough to imagine that which team will be crowned best of Asia Cricket. The Asia Cup Cricket was started from 1983/84 in United Arab Emirate and India became the champion. This is the 9th ceremony to proof best in Asian Cricket.
It is not surprising to see them with the "favourites" tag. They seem to have a better balance then the other teams, however there were some concerns as to whether India had been over-worked prior to this tournament.
Pakistan also have a decent chance of winning. Before the Kitply Cup, Pakistan looked like a team in the re-building process. However, they have carried good momentum after their victory into the tournament.
So I still think India are favourites, but Pakistan or Sri Lanka have just as much chance of winning. All four teams have players to watch.
India is the number one team among the teams that achieved the top position most times. That is the quantity of 5 and Sri Lanka is the second position holder by three times and the host Pakistan just one time. Now it is question who will be the next.
