before declearing FTP by the International Cricket Council for next few years IPL authority asked to make a window for Indina Premier League but ICC had no chance to respect on the request because of tight FTP schedule. Now, SACA and NZCPA is stepping in the same way and asking opportunity to make a window for IPL.

Indian Premier League (IPL) has laid down imposing conditions for the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to make their players available for the third edition of the Twenty20 tournament next year.
IPL commissioner and chairman Lalit Modi has included a bizarre condition that taking NOCs from the Indian foreign office for the Pakistanis' participation in the IPL is also the responsibility of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), besides getting the same from the Pakistan Foreign Office.
