Rajasthan Royals Playing in IPL Season 4?

Rajasthan Royals is fortunate to get a nod for IPL 4.In an private arbitration proceeding Rajasthan Royals got this favor. In an interim judgment retired justice BN Srikrishna stayed the termination of the Rajasthan Royals from the fourth session of Indian Premier League. He stayed the termination for six week.

BCCI expelled Rajasthan Royals and Kings Xi Panjab from IPL Rajasthan Royals went to Bomby High Court. Later both party agreed to solve the problem in a private arbitration. On receiving the order of justice Sri Krishna Rajasthan Royals started preparation for the forth coming tournament. Rajasthan Royals management, after the stay order, sees no more restriction in participating the fourth session of IPL.

But BCCI moved to Bomby High Court against the stay order. The court will make hearing on Friday.

Kochi to get green signal for the IPL season 4

The Kochi IPL Franchise may get new life on 5th December. The consortium Members reached an agreement in the last moment on their share holding pattern and sent a fresh proposal to BCCI On Saturday. BCCI decided to fix the fate of the franchise on 5th December in Mumbai.  BCCI will get the proposal examined by legal experts before taking any decision.

 Kochi IPL was formed seven months ago and became the second most costly team. The franchise was bought for a fibulas sum of Rs 1533.33 crore.  But the team was on the verge of being thrown out of the game as a result of difference among the shareholders of the franchise over ownership pattern. In the new pattern Rendezvous Sports will have 10 percent stakes of the team coming down from 26% as in the past ownership pattern. The other investors, Anchor Earth, Parinee Developers, Rosy Blue and Film Wave, will have a larger share in running the company, which will now be called Kochi IPL Cricket.

Swann, Broad In 2011 Indian Premier League?

English off spinner off-spinner Graeme Swann and fast bowler Stuart Broad are showing keen interest to play in Indian Premier League to be held just after the Cricket World Cup is over next year. They have already informed The England and Wales Cricket Board (EWC) of their interest. They expect to get 200000 pound each from the money spinning game. But the board has turned down their desire and told them to stay fresh for Pakistan’s tour to England  Kevin Petersen, Eoin Morgan and Paul Collingwood are also expected to be present in the IPL auction in January. will also be in January's IPL auction.

Twenty20 World Cup qualifying matches kick-off Channel Islands

The International Cricket Council wants to expand the next T20 World Cup among 16 teams. The council has decided to arrange a Division One League In the Channel Island of Europe .Guernsey and Jurnsey islands will host the Twenty20 ICC European Division 1 Championship. Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Israel, Italy and Norway are the other countries to take part in the championship. As a part of qualifying structure ICC has arranged this championship.

The winner and runner –up teams will join with other such teams coming from Division Two. Division Two Championship will be held in Belgium in June. Richard Holdsworth, ICC Regional Development Manager, said that the Channel Islands have a successful experience of arranging a number of world cricket tournament. He again says the new qualifying structure will give more countries an opportunity to achieve global qualification for the coming T20 World Cup.

Lalit Modi is no more with IPL

Lalit Modi has been relaxed from the post of President of BCC. Earlier, he was fired up from the place of Commissioner Indian premier league (IPL) and also from the chairman of cricket Champions League. Chirayu Amin is appointed as the commissioner at the place which was assigned the 46 years old Lalit Modi, the former IPL commissioner.

Mr. Modi is under trail for money laundering and to be relevant with corruption of appointing the new cricket clubs in Indian Premier League.

A bench comprising justices J M Panchal and Gyan Sudha Misra said since the copy of the July 15 judgement of the high court was not available, it cannot pass any order and posted the matter for hearing on October 20.

Airtel Champions League T20 season 2 is set to launch in Johannesburg

A Twenty over cricket games called Airtel Champions League T20 is going to stage at Johannesburg in South Africa tonight. Ten Cricket Club form different cricket playing will take place. But, no teams from England and Pakistan will perform as or participate.

Like football champions league, Cricket specialists planned to inaugurate a tournament so that that the national champions could meet in a cricket platform.
